About CaseVisa

CaseVisa is a comprehensive, verified directory of immigration attorneys across the United States, built to help individuals and families find qualified legal representation.

Our Mission

Navigating the U.S. immigration system is complex and high-stakes. Whether someone is seeking asylum, reunifying with family, pursuing employment-based visas, or investing through the EB-5 program, the quality of legal counsel can determine the outcome. Yet finding the right attorney remains unnecessarily difficult.

CaseVisa exists to solve this problem. We aggregate, verify, and organize attorney data from authoritative public sources — state bar databases, court records, and regulatory filings — so that people seeking immigration counsel can make informed decisions based on facts, not marketing.

Verification Methodology

Every attorney profile on CaseVisa undergoes a multi-step verification process. We do not accept self-submitted listings at face value. Instead, our data pipeline cross-references multiple authoritative sources to confirm credentials.

Bar Verification

We confirm active bar membership through state bar association records. Attorneys must hold an active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

Practice Area Confirmation

Immigration practice areas are derived from USCIS filings, court appearance records, firm websites, and professional association memberships — not self-reported tags alone.

Firm Affiliation

Firm associations are verified through bar records and public filings. We maintain firm profiles with attorney rosters, office locations, and practice area coverage.

Ongoing Monitoring

Profiles are periodically refreshed against source databases. Attorneys whose licenses lapse or who face disciplinary action are flagged or removed from the directory.

For complete details on our verification tiers and methodology, see our Verification Protocol.

Data Sources & Coverage

CaseVisa currently indexes over 3,600 verified immigration attorney profiles and 4,900 law firm records across all 50 U.S. states. Our data is sourced from:

  • State bar association databases and attorney registration records
  • USCIS public filings, EOIR (Executive Office for Immigration Review) court records
  • Professional association directories (AILA, state immigration bar sections)
  • Verified firm websites and public regulatory filings

Profiles are updated on a rolling basis as new data becomes available. Attorneys and firms can claim their profiles to add supplementary information, but all core credentials remain independently verified.

Our Standards

No pay-for-placement. Directory ranking is determined by data completeness, verification tier, and relevance — never by payment. Premium listings enhance visibility but do not alter the underlying ranking algorithm.

Transparency first. Every profile shows its verification status and data provenance. Users can see exactly which credentials have been independently confirmed and which are self-reported.

Not legal advice. CaseVisa is an informational directory. We do not provide legal advice, endorse specific attorneys, or guarantee outcomes. Individuals should conduct their own due diligence before engaging legal counsel.
